Source quality

Official source facts first. Firm context only when you provide it.

TenderLead supports BID/SKIP judgement by keeping source facts, firm context and uncertainty visible. This page explains which sources are live for UK self-serve plans, what is outside that coverage, and how bidder-specific context is kept separate from public procurement facts.

UK live sources.

TenderLead starts with official procurement material because the buyer's own notice is the strongest available record. Source links stay visible in the briefing so a bid team can check the reasoning quickly.

Contracts Finder

Used for UK public-sector notices below and around the Find a Tender threshold, including smaller buyer opportunities that can still be a strong fit.

Find a Tender

Used for higher-value UK notices and procurement-route signals where the opportunity is published centrally.

Public Contracts Scotland

Used for Scottish public-sector opportunities where source links, buyer details, dates and contract fields are extractable.

Sell2Wales

Direct Sell2Wales ingestion is paused because its API is unavailable. Welsh notices above the threshold still arrive through Find a Tender. Direct coverage resumes when the API returns.

US federal and EU coverage by private setup.

TenderLead ingests these sources, but US and EU matching and briefings are still being checked with pilot profiles. They remain separate from UK self-serve plans.

US federal, SAM.gov

SAM.gov opportunities are ingested with source links and federal notice details. US profiles are kept separate from UK and EU results.

TED

Published EU procurement notices are retrieved through the official TED Search API, with notice lifecycle and original document links retained.

Germany

Current opportunities from Germany's official Procurement Open Data feed include buyer, value, deadline, CPV and place-of-performance fields where supplied.

France

French DECP records provide historical award and modification evidence. They are used for buyer and incumbent context, not presented as live opportunities.

Pilot scope and price are agreed separately and are not included in UK Pro. For the US, tell us the agencies and states you target. For the EU, tell us the countries, regions, languages and currencies you need. We will check the current coverage against your firm before setup.

Request US federal access · Request EU access

If one portal is unavailable, UK delivery continues from the other live sources. The failure remains visible in internal source-health checks.

How TenderLead keeps scoring honest.

A useful tender score has to show why it was produced. TenderLead keeps opportunity facts, model inference and bidder-specific profile context visibly separate.

Source facts

Notice metadata, buyer details, lot structure, value range, deadline, route and attached tender documents remain tied back to the original source.

Firm context

Your sectors, target buyers, framework positions, compliance readiness, past wins and no-bid rules are used only when you provide them.

Bid burden

Compliance prompts, evidence gaps and likely bid burden are surfaced as reasons before bid-writing time is committed.

Challengeable reasoning

A BID, REVIEW or SKIP label is an aid to judgement. It should be clear enough for a bid lead to challenge quickly.

Coverage request

Request US or EU access.

Tell us where you bid and which buyers or sources matter. US federal and EU are separate private-test packages, not part of UK Pro. We will check current coverage and agree scope and price before payment. You can also ask about other sources, compliance documents or a bid workflow.
