Questions

Do I need a card?

No card is needed for the 7-day Pro trial. Add payment details only if you subscribe.

What happens when the trial ends?

Paid features pause unless you subscribe to Pro. Your profile and account stay in place. If we send you a TenderLead briefing during your trial, we’ll email you before it ends.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, through the Stripe billing portal, at any time. Billing is monthly with no annual lock-in and access continues to the end of the paid period.

What if I need another market or more profiles?

Pro covers one UK company profile. Request US or EU coverage above, or email hello@tenderlead.co.uk about Team setup.

Existing Starter subscriptions continue on their current terms. No new Starter subscriptions are offered.

No VAT is currently charged. If TenderLead becomes VAT-registered, VAT may be added where applicable.

What TenderLead does not do: no bid writing, no CRM and no guarantee of winning. The fit score compares a notice against your profile; it is not procurement advice.
