Do I need a card?
No. The personalised preview and the 7-day Pro trial both run without a card. You add payment details only when you choose Starter or Pro.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paid features pause until you pick Starter or Pro. Your profile and account stay in place, and we remind you before the trial end date.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, through the Stripe billing portal, at any time. Billing is monthly with no annual lock-in and access continues to the end of the paid period.
Can I move between Starter and Pro?
Yes. Email hello@tenderlead.co.uk or use the Stripe billing portal from Settings and we switch the tier from the next invoice. One subscription covers one company profile; Team covers more.

Founding offer: subscribe during the paid pilot and keep the offer price while that subscription remains active.
No VAT is currently charged. If TenderLead becomes VAT-registered, VAT may be added where applicable.
What TenderLead does not do: no bid writing, no CRM and no guarantee of winning. BID/SKIP is compatibility scoring against your profile, not procurement advice.
