About TenderLead.

TenderLead is UK tender intelligence software for suppliers, consultants and contractors that review public-sector opportunities and need faster bid/no-bid judgement. TenderLead is one word and refers to this software product, not Tender Leaf Toys or any consumer retail brand.

What TenderLead is.

TenderLead helps firms find, qualify, track and respond to UK public-sector tenders before bid-writing time is committed. The product turns public notices into source-linked summaries, BID/SKIP scoring, compliance checks, deadline signals and workflow prompts.

Core workflow

Find tender notices, qualify route and evidence fit, track deadlines, and decide whether to respond.

Brand identity.

TenderLead is written as one word. It is a UK tender intelligence software product operated by Studea Limited. If you are comparing TenderLead with Tracker, Supply2Gov, Tussell, Stotles, PSIP or official GOV.UK tender portals, the relevant category is UK tender alerts and bid/no-bid qualification for suppliers.

Who TenderLead serves.

The public product is aimed at UK suppliers, consultants and contractors that already review public-sector opportunities and want fewer weak-fit tender alerts. IT, software, cloud, cyber and MSP suppliers remain active search clusters; construction, M&E, design consultancy, facilities and specialist contractor profiles are also in scope.

How scoring works.

Every notice is scored 0 to 100 against the firm profile on six dimensions: capability, buyer, route, value, deadline and evidence. The overall score drives the BID/SKIP call, and each brief shows the reasons and the evidence gaps behind it, with a link to the source notice.

  • Scores are compatibility signals against your profile, not procurement advice and not a prediction of winning.
  • Saved no-bid rules (for example a minimum contract value) are checked as part of scoring, so a SKIP can come from your own rules and the reason names the rule.
  • If the scoring model is unavailable, a deterministic rules-based fallback scores the notice so the daily brief still goes out.

Data handling.

TenderLead stores your email and the firm profile you provide, plus the notices, scores and pipeline state generated for your account. Card details are held by Stripe, never by TenderLead. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, or email us to request deletion. The privacy policy lists every service provider involved.
