Site terms for the public TenderLead surface.
Last updated: 20 April 2026
These terms cover the public website, landing-page content, example materials, and waitlist flow at tenderlead.co.uk. They do not replace any separate commercial agreement that would be needed if TenderLead later provides a paid service.
What these terms cover
This page is about the public site and waitlist only. It is not a full managed-service agreement, data-processing addendum, procurement advisory contract, or legal advice document.
How to read the public materials
Public copy, examples, and scoring explanations are intended to show what TenderLead is trying to deliver. They are not a promise that every score is complete, perfectly accurate, or suitable to rely on without your own judgement.
- Tender scoring and bid-or-skip logic should aid judgement, not replace it.
- Example materials are illustrative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The public site may change as the product is refined.
Waitlist and early access
Requesting access does not create a customer relationship and does not guarantee onboarding. TenderLead may decide who to contact, when to contact them, and whether to proceed.
Acceptable use
You may browse and evaluate the public site normally. You may not abuse the waitlist, overload the site, impersonate someone else, or use the public materials for unauthorised commercial reuse.
- No spam, automated abuse, or deliberate misuse of forms or auth routes.
- No pretending public example material is your own work.
- No scraping or access patterns intended to disrupt the site.
Availability and liability
TenderLead tries to keep the public site available and current, but the site and example materials are provided on an as-is basis. Nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted access, legal correctness, or procurement success.
Law and contact
These site terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions about the public site can be sent to hello@tenderlead.co.uk.
