Team pilot ยท separate access

Turn a tender into a preparation plan.

Bring the buyer's documents, check the requirements and organise the work before submission. Keep tasks, owners, internal dates and supporting evidence with the opportunity.

Already have pilot access? Open Workspace in the app. New to TenderLead? Start with qualification or contact us about the preparation pilot.

1. Bring the buyer's requirements.

Open an opportunity from Today or Tenders. In the preparation section, paste buyer text, upload a supported document, or try a public tender link. If a portal blocks access or the file cannot be read, upload the document yourself or paste its text.

Text extraction does not call an AI model. Checklist generation needs explicit account AI consent and pilot access. Review source excerpts against the original pack; missing or uncertain requirements must stay visible.

Start with the complete, current pack.

A notice alone may omit attachments, clarification updates or submission instructions. TenderLead cannot guarantee it has found every requirement. Never upload material your organisation does not permit you to share.

2. Give each preparation task a next action.

Add your own tasks alongside the checklist. Record an owner, an internal due date, progress and a supporting link. Filter completed tasks to focus on work still open.

Evidence review
Has someone checked this requirement against the source document?
Task progress
Is the work not started, in progress, blocked or complete?
Internal due date
When does your team need this task finished? This does not change the buyer's submission deadline.

Changes autosave. If a save fails, the workspace shows the unsaved state and a retry action. Check that changes are saved before leaving.

3. Review before you export or submit.

Use the workspace tools to copy or export material for review. A document export is a snapshot, not a submitted bid. Check every answer, evidence claim, attachment and limit against the buyer's latest instructions, then submit through the required portal.

The pilot can help organise preparation. It does not certify eligibility, compliance or the quality of a finished bid response.

Access and limits.

Is preparation included in Pro?

No. Starter covers matched notices and summaries. Pro adds qualification and pipeline tools. Preparation needs separately enabled Team-pilot access, with scope and price agreed before you commit.

Does assigning an owner invite a colleague?

No. Owners are names recorded on tasks. They do not create invitations, separate member permissions or notifications. Discuss multi-client account separation with us before using the pilot for several firms.

Will TenderLead write and submit the bid?

No. The preparation checklist is a planning aid. Your team must verify requirements and evidence, write and review the response, and submit through the buyer's required route.
